What if I can't get in?
Your check-in email and pre-arrival link always show your current building door code and room-key instructions, so start there. If the door still will not budge, call or text us any time at (888) 299-8815 — a real person will get you in.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in may be available — request it through the pre-arrival form or your guest portal. Late check-out is offered based on availability — just ask.
How do I check in?
Check-in is self-service — no front desk needed. About 24 hours before check-in you’ll receive a door code for the main building entrance, and your room itself opens with a physical credit-card-style key (retrieval instructions come in your welcome email). Arrive any time after 4:00 PM — and if you have any trouble, on-site staff can help.
Is parking available?
Yes — free off-street parking is included with every unit, right on site at 3483 Rewak Drive.
Do the rooms have kitchens?
The Queen Room and Two Doubles studios share a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and basic cookware. The 2-Bedroom Apartment has its own full kitchen. Fred Meyer and Walmart are about 0.4 miles away for groceries.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and bank deposits. ACH is always the best-value option: on stays under 30 nights it’s 1% cheaper than paying by card, and on extended stays of 30+ nights it avoids the 3% card processing fee entirely. We do not accept cash, and checks are only accepted if paid at least 14 days before check-in.
Are there discounts for longer stays?
Yes. We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rates. Stays of 30 nights or more are exempt from the Fairbanks bed tax under Alaska’s extended-stay rule and are billed in monthly periods.
Is there a security deposit?
A temporary hold (not a charge) may be placed on your card unless a verified charge must be processed. Credit-card holds are usually released quickly; debit-card funds may take 5–10 business days after release, since timing is controlled by your card issuer, not us.
Are pets allowed?
No — Rewak Studios is not able to accommodate pets.
Can I have visitors?
Daytime visitors are welcome. Overnight guests beyond the number on your booking must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Is there WiFi?
Yes — 2.5Gb-powered WiFi is included, plenty for remote work and streaming. The network name and password are in your check-in instructions.
How far is the airport?
Fairbanks International Airport (FAI) is about 3 miles away — roughly a 6-minute drive. Taxis, limited Uber/Lyft, and rental cars are the usual options.
Can I see the northern lights from the property?
Yes — in aurora season (roughly late August through April), the northern lights are often visible right from the property on clear, active nights.
Is there laundry?
Yes — coin-operated laundry machines are available on site. The laundry room is in the basement of the back building, directly behind the rear emergency exit door on the first floor (look for the door labeled "Laundry Room"). The access code is in your welcome email.
Is smoking allowed?
No — Rewak Studios is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the building or on balconies.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes — quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests during these hours.
Can I get an iron or ironing board?
Rooms don’t come with one, but we’re happy to bring one to you — just call or text the front desk at (888) 299-8815 and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I take a tour before booking?
We don’t offer live in-person tours, to protect the privacy and safety of current guests. A 3D walkthrough and photos of every room type are available right on this site so you can see exactly what you’re booking.
